Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 30 days prior to your original arrival date via email, and changes are subject to availability. There are no refunds for reservation changes.
- A non commissionable charge of 25% is levied as minimum cancellation charges.
- 50% if cancelled less than 5 days.
- Guaranteed room reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will attract charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff / 50% which is greater.
- Reservation cancel with in 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked.
Cancellation Charge For Groups (for Special Celebration Dates & Long weekends)
- 25% if cancelled forty five days in advance.
- 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
- 50% if some of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
- 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.
- Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
- A group booking is defined as booking of 3 rooms or more.
- Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
- Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
- Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
- Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
- The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
- There are no refunds for early checkouts.
