  • A 25% deposit of the total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at reservation@florainn.com if you have any questions or require any changes.
  • Payments towards securing your reservation must be received no less than one week prior to your arrival date. Please ensure you confirm your payment with us via email.
  • Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
  • The remaining balance of your total room cost including taxes is due on Check In at the hotel. Flora Inn accepts cash and credit card (Visa, Master Card & Maestro). Alternatively you may pay your hotel room balance via bank wire transfer prior to your arrival. For alternate arrangements, or queries related to reservation, please contact us at reservation@florainn.com.
  • Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation (deposit taken).
  • Normal occupancy is two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is extra chargeable.
  • Child Policy: Two Child up to 8 years can stay free in parent’s room when sharing bed with parents. Children aged 6 years and older are fully charged.
  • Identification: It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed.
